MORNING SESSION SIGN IN DAY OF THE EVENT (Saturday, May 11th)
All morning session registrants must sign in between 8am and 8:45am.
AFTERNOON SESSION SIGN IN DAY OF THE EVENT (Saturday, May 11th)
All afternoon session registrants must sign in between 11am and 11:45am (prior to lunch)
WHAT TO BRING?
- We will have bottled water at ALL stations during the event but if you want to bring your own beverages you are welcome to do so.
- Sun-block. Hopefully it is a sunny day and if it is, you might want to bring sun-block.
- Comfortable and supportive footwear for walking/hiking. Flip Flops and Sandals are just a BAD IDEA.
Upon signing in at the event, each student will be 5 raffle tickets. This yearwe hope to give away a youth shotgun, a 22 rifle, a youth compound bow, a spincast fishing rod combo, and a fly rod combo! Each student will be permitted toput all 5 tickets towards one of these, or divide them up. The drawing for each will be around approximately 12:30pm during the lunch reception. Various otherprizes will also be given out throughout the day compliments of our many great sponsors!
